Rules & Regulations

All reservations are subject to approval.  Please fill out the Contact Form, and we will be in touch to confirm your reservation.  Please note that full payment must be received to book your reservation.

We accept cash, checks, and Venmo for payment.  Full payment, including our cleaning fee, must be received to secure your reservation.

You have agreed to lease on a short-term basis, for vacation purposes only, the furnished real property and improvements.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.  If you need an early check-in or late check-out please contact us and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Please note that all vehicles must have a Palmetto Dunes pass on the car during your stay at all times.  Passes can be picked up at the pass center upon entering the gated Palmetto Dunes.

STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE: Please, no loud noises, music, parties, or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

PETS:  Sorry, no pets are allowed.

MAX GUESTS:  A maximum of 6 guests are allowed.  Sorry, no pets. 

CLEANING FEE:  A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged with your reservation.
